Pricing FAQs

Common questions about our pricing

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The 10% commission is the only fee sellers pay, and it's only charged on successful transactions. Buyers never pay any fees. There are no listing fees, monthly subscriptions, or setup costs.

When do sellers get paid?

Sellers receive payment after the service is completed. Funds are transferred directly to your connected bank account within 2-7 business days, depending on your bank.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes, you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Simply contact support or go to your account settings. Any pending payouts will still be processed.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds depend on the seller's cancellation policy, which is displayed before booking. For disputes, our support team can help mediate and process refunds when appropriate.

Is there a premium or featured listing option?

We may offer optional promotional features in the future. Currently, all sellers have equal visibility based on relevance, ratings, and activity. Quality listings naturally rank higher.
